Account Handler - Property

An established insurance broker in London is looking to recruit a Property Insurance Account Handler to join their specialist property team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Account Handler with exposure to commercial property insurance, or someone currently working within a broader commercial role who is keen to specialise.

• Day-to-day servicing of property insurance policies for commercial clients

• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations

• Liaising with insurers to obtain and negotiate competitive terms

• Preparing policy documentation, schedules, and renewal presentations

• Supporting Account Executives and maintaining strong client relationships

• Ensuring accurate records are maintained on internal systems and CRM platforms

• Previous experience as an Insurance Account Handler, ideally within property or commercial lines

• Good understanding of property insurance risks and policy wordings

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
