Über
Inside Sales provides technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams. The position is responsible for making product recommendations based on customer application; interpreting plant specifications; securing project take-offs; preparing quotations; tracking projects; processing orders; and many additional tasks as required that contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base. Develop thorough technical understanding of products and applications. Provide solutions to customer's applications. Provide technical support to sales team and customer base for daily requirements as well as project opportunities. Assist customers with material specification, take-off & selection. Determine pricing and margins. Prepare quotations, process orders, follow order to ensure critical delivery dates are met. Work with procurement and finance departments as needed. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Kentwood, MI. Pay range for this position is $28.80 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
