• Lead and collaborate with teams, providing coaching and mentorship. Support employees through Optimus SBR's Career Development Program (CDP).
• Champion change management, including process improvements, standard operating procedure updates, and training.
• Own project management responsibilities, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and execute solutions that create positive change in financial services.
• Participate in proposal development and other sales support activities.
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR. Qualifications :
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Prior consulting and banking experience is a strong asset.
• Business analysis and/or project management skills are an asset.
• Experience leading teams and small-to-medium-sized projects with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching. 
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation and growth. - Required Education:  Related University Degree - Preferred Education : Post-Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPA or MPP), PMP, CPA, or additional professional designation (e.g., Lean, or PROSCI) Compensation : $100,00-130,000 annually (subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements)
