Your Contribution
Under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and producing marketing materials across a wide range of digital and print formats. This includes product and pricing flyers, catalogs, packaging, signage, POP materials, promotional assets, landing pages, digital ads, marketing promotions, and much more.
 
More specifically, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Actively participate in the development of creative concepts and propose content aligned with the company's brand portfolio and project requirements.
Design and layout flyers, brochures, logos, signage, POP materials, catalogs, advertisements, annual reports, calendars, product sheets, training materials, and other communication assets.
Create digital content as needed, including ads, animations, banners, icons, web pages, etc.
Ensure consistent use and enforcement of brand guidelines.
Maintain strong knowledge of current best practices and trends in print and digital design.
Provide creative insights: recommend improvements, new content, new initiatives, and opportunities that support business growth.
Conduct photo research, photo editing, photomontages, and image processing.
Participate in special departmental projects under the direction of supervisors, managers, directors, or the Vice President.
Manage personal production timelines autonomously, collaborating with marketing teams to meet deadlines.
Establish and manage the brand's graphic asset organization and file management system.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design (print and digital) portfolio required.
Bachelor's degree or D.E.C. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or an equivalent program.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to implement and manage a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Daily use of English required to communicate with colleagues across Canada.
Work Location & Environment
Position located at the Montréal head office (4840 des Grandes Prairies Blvd., Saint-Léonard).
Free on-site parking available.
Accessible by bus from Viau metro station and by AMT train (Mascouche line), located 1.4 km from Saint-Michel – Montréal Nord station.
