Position Overview
 
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Projects & Governance, the Project Manager(s) will work collaboratively to lead exciting, transformative initiatives, processes, and best practices across PCH. The Project Manager(s) will support critical thinking and innovative approaches to deliver high-value projects, improve processes, and bring the right tools and capabilities to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
Enable integrated project delivery by taking a systems-approach to planning, decision-making, risk management and overall reporting for projects at PCH.
Oversee all elements of integrated project approach and plan development, as well as implementing all necessary processes and practices to ensure PCH is delivering project objectives and successfully achieving the project's goals. 
Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the governance structure established to oversee the project's deliverables. 
Support multi-disciplinary project team through all phases of the project life cycle, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance throughout the duration of projects.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.  
Monitor and report on progress, problems, and solutions of the project to all stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate. 
Participate in the creation and delivery of innovative presentations and proposals. 
Lead development of in-house project management knowledge and best practices.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables. 
Key Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required; business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline preferred 
Master's degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent experience preferred 
Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or public sector required 
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset 
Strong leadership, adaptability, interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential for this role, including the ability to build strong relationships 
Experience with project management processes and best practices, as well as corporate level reporting 
Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and plan for the needs of senior leaders
Experience organizing and facilitating large executive level engagement sessions with multiple stakeholders
Ability to lead through innovation and creativity
Proactively identify risks and systematically resolve or escalate issues
Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and working with teams, including supporting collaborative design of products with cross-functional groups 
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators, and clinicians.
