Insurance Advisor – Brooks
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Work with a seasoned Account Executive and their current team on a daily basis.
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
- Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance.
- Complete certificate issuance for new business and renewal clients.
- Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements.
- Assist with the administration of the commercial book of business accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while helping to meet insurance sales targets.
- Conduct proactive account touchpoints and timely renewal calls for existing clients.
- Learn the fundamentals of account management and client retention strategies.
The value you bring
- Prior insurance experience an asset —preferred in Commercial Lines.
- General Level 1 License required (or willingness to obtain in next 3 months).
- Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and confident across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs; EPIC experience required.
- Previous experience achieving team targets in a similar or comparable role is an advantage.
