will be responsible for blending and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality bakery products, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements Key Responsibilities&Requirements
- Operate mixing equipment to accurately combine ingredients, achieving the desired texture, consistency, and quality.
- Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent batches.
- Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production team members to move materials and finished products efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Minimum 01 year of experience as a mixer or scaler in food production , manufacturing , or warehouse environments .
- Knowledge of bakery production, machining processes, or carpentry is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid work permit.
