Über
Manager of Data Analytics , you will lead a skilled team of Data Analysts to improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives within Liberty's Customer Service and Strategy departments. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the complete data lifecycle—from cleansing and transforming data to insightful reporting that drives decision-making. In this role, you will: Establish and implement data governance frameworks that enhance Customer Service operations. Ensure the integrity, consistency, and security of data, while optimizing and automating data processes. Guide and develop Data and Benchmark Analysts using advanced automation tools. Analyze data formulas, resolve discrepancies, and manage projects to improve the Customer Excellence Framework. Work collaboratively with diverse teams to track KPIs and operational strategies, providing data-driven insights to upper management. Support budget management, cost control, and project prioritization efforts. Identify opportunities to elevate customer service through the adoption of industry best practices and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in the utility or regulated industry, or in IT-related customer service roles. 3+ years of leadership experience.
