*About the Position*
We are seeking a *Full-Time Physical Therapist* for our *Long Beach clinic*.
With established locations in *Costa Mesa, Irvine, Long Beach, Santa Ana, and Stanton* (opening March 2026), Southland Physical Therapy is continuing to grow and is always looking for outstanding clinicians to join our team.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
* Licensed Physical Therapist (*DPT required*)

We provide ongoing mentorship to support the confidence and development of all staff physical therapists.
*Teaching & Mentorship Opportunities*
As a teaching facility, Southland Physical Therapy hosts DPT students year-round for clinical rotations. Staff therapists are encouraged to serve as *Clinical Instructors*, helping shape future clinicians while perpetuating Southland’s philosophy of care.
*Key Responsibilities*
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Performing comprehensive evaluations and delivering high-quality patient care
* Developing, implementing, and progressing individualized plans of care
* Providing targeted interventions, including: Manual therapy, Neuromuscular re-education, Therapeutic exercises and functional training
* Educating patients and families on diagnoses, anatomy, and progress
* Maintaining timely and accurate documentation utilizing EMR system with *AI-assisted documentation*
* Maintain production goals as established
* Collaborating with administrative staff regarding authorizations and care planning
* Maintaining a consistent schedule with *30-minute one-on-one treatment sessions*
* Approximately 60 minutes total per patient visit
* Participating in team-building events, outings, and community involvement
* Supporting clinic social media initiatives (clinical and lifestyle content)
* Bringing a positive, team-first attitude to a supportive work environment
*Additional Qualifications*
* Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
