Pettus Ford De Soto is a locally owned, community focused Ford dealership serving De Soto and surrounding Southeast Missouri communities. As part of the Pettus Automotive family, we are committed to building long term customer relationships and developing high performing sales professionals. We are seeking an Automotive Sales Professional who combines personality with discipline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable creating engaging content, and understands that consistent follow up, prospecting, and professional CRM activity drive long term success in automotive sales. This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their results and are motivated by performance based income. We provide training, support, and opportunity. Results are driven by effort, consistency, accountability, and professionalism. Responsibilities: Build genuine relationships with customers in person and online Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries Maintain accurate and consistent CRM activity Actively prospect for referrals and repeat business Create engaging short form video and social media content Present vehicles professionally and conduct effective test drives Ask for the sale and guide customers through the buying process Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale Qualifications: Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Self motivated and driven by performance based income Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and technology Willing to prospect and follow up consistently Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Sales experience is preferred but not required. Structured training and mentorship are provided for the right candidate. Work ethic, coachability, and accountability are essential. The listed compensation range reflects typical earnings based on performance. Top performing sales professionals may exceed this range based on production and results.
