As a Sales Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative and customer support for the sales department, helping coordinate meetings, events, and group bookings. Your work helps create seamless experiences for clients and supports revenue generation. The ideal candidate is well-organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They will work closely with the Sales Manager to maximize sales performance, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the property. Key Responsibilities:
Responds to sales & catering inquiries Manage and track group bookings and event details Maintain client records, contracts, and reports Support communication between clients and hotel departments Assist with marketing tasks, proposals, and social media updates Coordinate meeting room setups and catering needs Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads Creates and details Banquet Event Orders, group resumes and sales contracts Assists with completing daily/weekly/monthly reports Creates and maintains group blocks in the property in the hotel PMS systems Point person for sales and catering VIP arrivals ensuring a flawless experience Must-Haves:
2 years of front desk, administrative, or event coordination experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel PMS systems Strong written and verbal communication Highly organized with attention to detail Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Lightspeed PMS Experience in social media or digital promotion What We Offer:
