• The position ensures services meet State and Federal requirements, Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) standards,
  Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) regulations,
  and Title 22 requirements.

Effective leadership skills are required for this role as well as strong organizational skills to ensure successful program management.

1. Familiarity with Title 22; EPSDT Medical Necessity criteria;
2. Knowledge of Department of Behavioral Health (DBH)/CalAIM documentation procedures;
   Medi-Cal billing processes;
   quality standards;
