Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• AS completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Aseptic technique knowledge, sheath pulling, TR band placement/removal, line securement, EKG/cardiac rhythm interpretation, IABP/Impella.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous EPIC Cupid experience.

Shift & Scheduling:

• This is a 6-8 week contract with potential for short extension.
• On Call 7-10 days per month, including weekends and possible holiday.

Floating Requirements: Possibly to IR.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification (R)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
