About This Role
We're looking for a driven BDR to expand Mosaic's footprint through outbound prospecting, in-person outreach, and relationship-led selling. You'll help shape our sales motion and own the first impression prospects have with Mosaic.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn target accounts into qualified pipeline.
What you'll do:
Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach and in-field visits
Build relationships with logistics, operations, and supply chain leaders by understanding their freight environment and business needs
Qualify opportunities based on freight volume, complexity, and operational fit and book meetings for Account Executives
Conduct discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings that move deals forward
Maintain clean CRM data and surface market insights back to Sales and Marketing
Who we're looking for:
2+ years in BDR/SDR or quota-carrying sales
Background selling into or alongside LTL carriers, freight brokerages, freight tech, or distribution
Comfortable speaking the language of shipping, operations, and supply chain
A self-starter who leads with curiosity, drives conversations forward, and connects prospect challenges to real business value
Familiarity with tools is preferred: Hubspot CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, with curiosity around AI
