We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Architect who brings strong technical leadership and deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role owns the design, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure, network, identity, and end‑user computing environment—while guiding a high-performing technical team.
Most Important Requirement:
We are currently single-threaded in Microsoft 365 administration, so we need a well-rounded technologist who can elevate M365, Azure, Fabric, collaboration tools, identity, and endpoint management. If you love owning the Microsoft stack end‑to‑end, this role is for you.
What You'll Lead & Own
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, and EUC engineers
Act as the senior escalation point and technical decision-maker
Drive accountability, documentation, and continuous improvement
Infrastructure & Network Architecture
Own core infrastructure services (servers, storage, backups, identity)
Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and connectivity performance
Manage vendors, MSPs, and service providers
End‑User & Workplace Technology
Oversee Windows endpoints, mobile devices, collaboration tools
Manage Intune for configuration, patching, and compliance
Partner with the Service Desk to eliminate recurring issues
Microsoft Cloud & Platform Ownership (Top Priority)
Take full ownership of Microsoft 365 administration
Manage Entra ID / Azure AD, Conditional Access, identity governance
Oversee Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and operational standards
Integrate tools that improve endpoint, identity, and infrastructure visibility
Elevate capabilities across Fabric, Azure collaboration stack, and M365 services
What You Bring
7+ years in infrastructure, network, or end‑user computing
3+ years in technical leadership or people management
Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID
Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN)
Experience in hybrid cloud environments
Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes
