About The Position
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the Senior Manager's responsibility, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage and maintain the upfitter production schedule to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer requirements.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reporting to the Account Manager and Manager.
Ensure project vehicle information (e.g., specifications, VINs, configurations, and status updates) is accurately entered and maintained in Salesforce.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Project Managers, Account Managers, Order Desk, Supply Chain) and external upfitters to coordinate project details and resolve issues.
Track and report on key project metrics, including delivery timelines, additional costs, and upfitter performance.
Support order accuracy by reviewing customer requirements and confirming proper documentation is in place before release to upfitters.
Identify risks or delays in the upfitting schedule and escalate to leadership as needed.
Assist with continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fleet upfit projects and Salesforce.
Maintain compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
Provide post-project support, including lessons learned, issue resolution, and documentation updates.
Manage pilot vehicle projects, ensuring they meet defined requirements and timelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM/project management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
