The Opportunity
We're looking for curious, motivated Student Software Developers (3rd or 4th year) to join us for Spring 2026.
This isn't a "sit in the corner and watch" internship. You'll contribute to real features used by real customers while learning from experienced developers who care about mentoring the next generation of tech talent.

What you'll be doing
Collaborate with experienced developers and product experts to build software solutions for the energy industry
Write code across the full stack from front-end interfaces to database design
Create and and maintain AbaData features and functionality
Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and get hands-on mentorship from senior developers
Test, troubleshoot, and debug software to a high bar of performance and reliability
Who we are looking for
3rd or 4th year Computer Science or Engineering student
Familiarity with with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g. React, Dojo)
Exposure to back-end development (e.g., C#/.NET, )
Experience with MS SQL Server or relationship databases is an asset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
Bonus points if you have
Personal or school projects you're proud of (GitHub links welcome)
Interest in geospatial data, mobile-first applications, or applied analytics
