Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Your opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Attraction Manager to play a critical role in our growth journey. As the Talent Attraction Manager at Fuller Landau, you will lead the recruitment strategy for executive, experienced professionals and student hires. Your primary goal will be to attract, assess, and select top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support our differentiated employment brand promise to attract top talent to the firm.
Your major responsibilities
Talent Attraction: Develop and implement proactive strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks for key roles including; Partner, Executives, Experienced professionals and students. Working together with the marketing team, build the Firm's differentiated talent value proposition.
Campus Recruitment: Lead and innovate the campus recruitment strategy. Deepen existing relationships with universities and with the CPA while continuously developing new ones.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Technology Tooling: Leverage and optimize the use of recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and enhance its efficiency.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendor partners, notably LinkedIn, to leverage their services and products to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
Reporting and Insights: Create and deliver regular, meaningful reports that provide insights into the progress of recruitment activities. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the hiring strategy.
Hiring Manager Training: Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices to ensure alignment with the organization's hiring goals.
What we look for
You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5+ years of progressive talent attraction experience.
You know how to build a pipeline and attract top talent in a growing environment.
You have an acute ability to find passive, high calibre, candidates at all levels within various practice groups in the professional services industry.
You are passionate about promoting the attributes that makes Fuller a great and unique place to work and build a meaningful career through various initiatives, events and interactions with candidates.
You have proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment.
You are an experienced campus recruiter.
You have a strong understanding of recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally.
You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
You have the ability to see the "big picture" business perspective but is able to "roll up their sleeves" and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
