Clearwater Private Wealth is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and general workplace support to our investment advisors, playing a key part in supporting and servicing our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize client and general files.
Assist with marketing and business development activities.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks.
Manage calendars and email correspondence.
Oversee office management and organization.
Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing administrative support to ensure their needs are met.
Respond promptly to client requests and manage client-related documents.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in office management.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Interest in advancing your career in financial services is considered an asset
Canadian securities course completion or interest in taking course considered an asset
This position offers flexible hours, allowing for 20-30 hours per week with ability to move into a full-time role over time. An example of a typical schedule could be 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
