Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator

$25–$28 per hour ($52,000–$58,000 annually)
Serkin Promotions is a growing boutique promotional advertising company seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to work directly with the owner as her right hand.
This is a key role in the business. You will help manage client projects from quote to delivery, communicate with vendors and clients, coordinate production, and ensure deadlines are met with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage promotional product orders from quote through production and delivery
• Communicate with clients regarding artwork approvals and timelines
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accuracy and deadlines
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and order documentation
• Track multiple projects and maintain organized digital systems
• Assist with basic layout edits and mockups for client proofs
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required; QuickBooks/CRM an asset)
• Comfortable working with artwork files (PDFs, vector files, etc.)
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or basic Adobe programs is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
