Prime Digital Marketing is seeking a full-time Account Manager to support franchise partners with marketing and operational success. This role focuses on communication, performance tracking, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through organized, proactive support.
Deliverables
Key Responsibilities
-Client Relationship Management
-Serve as the main contact for assigned franchise partners and maintain regular communication.
-Understand each client's goals, local market, and business objectives.
-Schedule and host recurring check-in calls with franchise partners and internal support teams.
-Campaign Oversight and Performance
-Monitor and review marketing performance across digital platforms.
-Track lead generation and campaign efficiency, and communicate insights to clients.
-Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve campaign performance.
-Process and Support Compliance
-Ensure all client support requests are submitted through the approved ticketing system.
-Follow up on open requests to confirm timely and accurate resolution.
-Reporting and Documentation
-Prepare performance summaries and actionable insights for client calls.
-Keep accurate notes, updates, and records of all communications and campaign changes.
-Collaboration and Improvement
-Partner with internal business success teams to align goals and share feedback.
-Identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing.
-Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or CRM tools preferred.
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
-Proficiency with reporting and project management tools.
Work Environment
-Remote position with collaboration through Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
-Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.
