Turn raw clips into high-converting creatives
Requirements:
Proven experience with ecom/DTC ads
Understands UGC, hooks, and retention
Fast turnaround & clean edits
Bonus:
Knows what actually works in paid ads (not just aesthetics)

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
