Our conference website is already built. We now need to integrate a system that allows attendees to select and reserve workshops as part of their ticket registration.
This is NOT just adding a form — we need thoughtful UX and proper logic.
What We Need:
Workshop selection embedded into the ticket checkout process
Attendees must select 1 workshop per session block (4 blocks total)
Limited capacity per workshop (with automatic cut-off when full)
Clean, intuitive interface aligned with our brand
Confirmation email that includes selected workshops
Backend view to track workshop sign-ups
Ability to export attendee + workshop data
Mobile-friendly design
Ideal Candidate:
Experience building event registration flows
Strong UX thinking (not just technical execution)
Please Include in Your Proposal:
Examples of similar booking or registration flows you've built
What platform you would recommend (if improvements are needed)
Estimated hours required
Any potential challenges you foresee
Experience with (insert your platform — e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, custom build, etc.)
Familiar with tools like Eventbrite, WooCommerce, Stripe, Zapier, Airtable, etc. (if relevant)
Can think through logic and edge cases
Clean, structured communicator
