If you can't design a full website in Figma, hunt down technical SEO errors, and hand-code custom solutions when needed, don't apply.
Core Requirements:
- Design expertise in Figma—create complete website designs and individual page mockups with proper component structure, spacing, and brand consistency before touching WordPress.
- WordPress + Elementor proficiency with custom CSS/HTML/light JavaScript skills. You solve problems with code, not another plugin.
- Technical SEO knowledge—identify and fix issues in Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest. You understand crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, missing schema, heading hierarchy, canonical issues, and site architecture problems.
- Performance optimization—build lightweight sites that score 85+ on PageSpeed. You know how to lazy-load, optimize images, minimize CSS/JS, and fix Core Web Vitals without sacrificing design.
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch misalignments, broken links, incorrect alt tags, missing meta descriptions, and layout issues before submission. Sloppy work will be rejected.
- Responsive design mastery—sites must work flawlessly across all devices and browsers. No exceptions.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Design complete websites and landing pages in Figma for med spa and B2B clients following strict brand guidelines.
- Build those designs in WordPress/Elementor with clean, optimized code.
- Audit existing sites using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest—identify technical SEO problems and fix them.
- Write custom CSS, HTML, and light JavaScript when Elementor can't achieve the required functionality or design.
- Conduct thorough QA on your own work before submission. Repeatedly submitting work with errors will result in termination.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST (required)
- Starting pay: $7/hour
Prove Your Skills in Your Application:
- Figma design portfolio—show 3+ complete website designs you created (provide Figma links or exported PDFs).
- Built website portfolio—provide 3+ live URLs of sites you designed AND built with current PageSpeed scores.
- Technical SEO example—describe a technical SEO issue you identified and fixed, including the tool you used to find it and the impact of the fix.
- Code sample—show custom CSS/HTML/JS you wrote to solve a design or functionality problem.
Disqualifiers:
- Cannot provide Figma design examples
- Portfolio sites have obvious technical SEO errors (broken links, missing alt tags, poor heading structure)
- Portfolio sites score below 70 on PageSpeed mobile
- No experience with SEO audit tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
- Cannot write custom code beyond basic CSS
- Submit generic applications with typos or without required portfolio examples

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
