The objective is to build a clean, fully branded web interface where institutions can use our AI solution through a secure and scalable platform, without any reference to external public AI interfaces.
This is not a simple chatbot implementation. It is a structured AI product designed for institutional use, with clear architecture, data control, and long-term scalability in mind.
This project is time-sensitive. We need to deliver a working MVP quickly for presentation to institutional stakeholders.
We are open to efficient technical alternatives (including low-code solutions such as Bubble or similar platforms) if they allow faster deployment while maintaining a fully white-label and professional result.
The developer will:
Recreate our proprietary AI logic using OpenAI API (backend)
Build a clean, modern, fully white-label web interface
Implement a secure backend architecture or Python preferred)
Set up basic authentication (admin + users)
Ensure the system does not expose any reference to public AI platforms
Deploy the MVP on VPS or cloud infrastructure
Optional (nice to have):
Basic usage tracking
Simple administrative dashboard
Structured prompt configuration system
Technical Requirements
Strong experience integrating OpenAI API
Proven experience building SaaS products
Knowledge of authentication and user management systems
Experience with VPS or cloud deployment
Clean architecture and secure coding practices
Ability to document the system properly for handover
We are open to different technical approaches if they allow faster, secure, and scalable deployment.
Preferred stack (flexible if justified):
Frontend: / React (or equivalent modern framework)
Backend: or Python
Database: Supabase / PostgreSQL
Hosting: VPS or cloud
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
