Overview
Looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support the operations of a fast-paced real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Documentation Management
• Manage real estate transaction files using SkySlope
• Prepare, review, upload, and maintain accurate documentation
• Draft Agreements of Purchase and Sale, amendments, waivers, and related forms
• Track deadlines, conditions, and transaction timelines
• Coordinate documentation with lawyers, mortgage brokers, builders, and other stakeholders
Offers & Compliance
• Draft, revise, and send offers and counteroffers promptly
• Ensure all documents are properly executed and compliant
• Maintain organized digital records for each transaction
Client & Communication Management
• Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Make and receive client calls on behalf of the business
• Follow up with clients, prospects, and partners
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Marketing & Social Media Support
• Edit photos and short-form videos (Reels) for Instagram
• Assist with captions, posting, and basic content scheduling
• Maintain brand consistency and a polished online presence
Administrative & Operations Support
• Manage calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
• Organize digital files and CRM records
• Assist with listing preparation and marketing materials
• Track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Identify workflow gaps and propose efficiency improvements
Qualifications
• Experience in administrative, personal assistant, or real estate support roles preferred
• Familiarity with SkySlope or similar real estate platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Proficient with email, document management, and basic editing tools
• High level of discretion and reliability
Work Structure
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours with availability during standard business hours
• Part-time or full-time depending on workload and performance
Compensation
• Competitive, based on experience and skill level
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
