Currently, we serve five active clients and are experiencing rapid expansion. We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing operational efficiency for our clients.
**Position Overview**
We are in search of a seasoned automation engineer capable of designing and developing advanced AI systems tailored to our clients' needs, which include:
- **AI Voice Callers:** Development of intelligent voice agents capable of managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting sales outreach.
- **AI Chatbots:** Creation of conversational chatbots for integration with websites, messaging platforms, and customer support services.
- **Workflow Automation:** Design of comprehensive automation workflows utilizing n8n and GoHighLevel.
- **Integration and Optimization:** Facilitation of connections between multiple systems while continually enhancing AI performance.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Expert-level proficiency with n8n (workflow automation platform).
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automation and integrations.
- Proven experience in building AI voice callers and conversational AI systems.
- Competence in AI chatbot development and deployment.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, as the role involves participating in client calls and articulating technical concepts clearly.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, or other large language model (LLM) providers.
- Knowledge of voice AI platforms such as Vapi, , ElevenLabs, etc.
- Background in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation.
- Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment.
**Compensation Structure**
- **Per-Project Payment:** Competitive compensation for each AI system development project (AI callers, chatbots, and automation workflows).
- **Monthly Retainer:** Ongoing retainer for system maintenance, updates, optimization, and client support calls.
This flexible arrangement rewards performance in both project delivery and ongoing support. As our firm grows, there exists significant potential for increased project volume and expansion of retainer agreements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement AI voice caller systems for appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer service.
- Develop intelligent chatbots that seamlessly integrate with client websites and CRM systems.
- Create tailored n8n workflows to connect AI tools with existing client infrastructures.
- Configure and optimize GoHighLevel automations for marketing and sales processes.
- Participate in client consultations to discuss technical requirements and provide project updates.
- Monitor system performance and implement ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver prompt support as necessary.
