We are looking for a performance-driven marketing specialist focused on generating qualified leads through paid digital channels.
IMPORTANT:
This role is NOT traditional social media management. The primary focus is lead acquisition, campaign performance, and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Setup and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent buyers and renters
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on conversion
Create French-language ad messaging adapted to the Quebec market
Develop structured campaigns for:
new home buyers
rental apartment prospects
brand positioning supporting a socially responsible developer narrative
Implement conversion tracking and reporting
Ongoing optimization based on performance data.
Requirements:
French language mandatory (ads will be written in French)
Experience with real estate or construction marketing preferred
Strong analytical and ROI-focused approach
Experience generating qualified leads through paid media.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
