What You'll Be Responsible For
Strategy & Positioning
Understand the "Roam & Recruit" niche
Define content pillars (recruitment, nomad life, education, personal POV)
Improve bio, highlights, and overall profile positioning
Content Planning & Posting
Create a weekly content plan (reels, carousels, stories)
Write captions in a human, personal tone (not corporate)
Suggest reel hooks, formats, and trends
Post consistently or schedule content
Growth & Engagement
Organic growth (no bots, no fake followers)
Engage with relevant accounts, creators, recruiters, nomads
Reply to comments and DMs when needed
Improve reach and profile visits
Influencer-Level Scaling
Help position the account for collaborations and partnerships
Make the profile brand-ready and professional
Track growth and performance weekly
Requirements
Proven experience managing personal brand Instagram accounts
Strong understanding of reels, storytelling, and Instagram trends
Comfortable with creator/influencer style content
Good English and clear writing
Self-driven, organized, and proactive
Bonus: experience with recruiters, creators, coaches, or digital nomads
Not a Fit If

You rely on bots or fake engagement
