We're looking for a savvy data analyst to help us with a sustainable reporting solution that helps us answer a specific set of business questions about our users, content, and memberships without needing to wrangle spreadsheets every week.
This includes advising on tools like Big Query, Power BI or Looker studio or whatever is suitable.
We have a CSV file (from our WordPress LearnDash LMS that includes user activity, content views, segment information and resource wise engagement.
We have a lot of data in the CSV file, but no easy, visual way to answer basic questions like:
-Who's using the platform?
-What content is most popular?
-How are vets and nurses engaging differently?
-Are our members renewing or dropping off?
-Which clinics are most active?
-which lectures or content is the most popular
Etc
Our current method involves wordpress plugins ( User insights and pro panel) and they are glitchy.
What we need is a solution that allows us to run the reports on our own on a weekly basis .
We need a data analyst to help -

Help us with organising the data to be able to give us the information we need - based on the reporting requirements
