We're looking for an experienced technical writer with strong expertise in API and AI Gateway
product documentation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience documenting developer
platforms, API management products, or integration tools, and can translate complex technical
features into clear, concise, and engaging content.
You'll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design, structure, and
publish high-quality documentation that helps developers easily adopt and integrate with our
platform.
Key Responsibilities
● Create, update, and maintain developer documentation for APIs, AI Gateways, and
integration platforms.
● Write clear, structured, and developer-friendly content including API references, SDK
docs, integration guides, tutorials, and how-to articles.
● Work with tools such as Postman, Bruno, or similar API testing/documentation platforms.
● Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and engineers to capture the
latest product functionalities and workflows.
● Contribute to internal content frameworks, documentation templates, and content
governance best practices.
● Ensure all documentation aligns with brand tone, developer experience standards, and
technical accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in developer-focused products or
platforms.
● Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, and API lifecycle
management.
● Prior experience documenting API Gateways, integration platforms, or AI/ML services.
● Familiarity with API tools like Postman, Bruno, Swagger / OpenAPI specs, and
markdown-based documentation systems.
● Excellent command of written English with a focus on clarity, structure, and developer
readability.
● Experience with Git-based content workflows, documentation portals, or static site
generators like Docusaurus, ReadMe, or DocFX is a plus.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
