We're a news and information platform serving professionals in the credit and collection industry - We're looking for someone who specializes in designing, building, and optimizing digital systems that streamline operations, improve data visibility, and automate repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate uses Airtable and/or Notion as central platforms to manage workflows, integrate tools, and create user-friendly dashboards or databases.
Core Responsibilities
- Workflow Design: Map out and build structured processes using Airtable or Notion, tailored to business needs.
- Automation Setup: Implement automations using native tools or third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, ) to reduce manual work.
- Database Architecture: Create relational databases, linked records, and dynamic views for efficient data management.
- Integration: Connect Airtable/Notion with other platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom) via APIs or automation tools.
- Documentation & Training: Provide clear documentation and onboarding support to ensure teams can use the systems effectively.
Typical Skills & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable (formulas, automations, interfaces) or Notion (databases, templates, relations)
- Experience with Zapier, , or custom API/webhook integrations
- Understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and user experience design
