Über
This is not a simple CRUD project — we are building a production-grade system that includes:
•Job management
•Candidate lifecycle tracking
•Workflow automation
•Role-based access control
•API integrations
•Scalable architecture for future funding stage
You will work directly under the Senior Architect (vertical lead) and collaborate with a small, focused engineering team.
Core Responsibilities
-Develop backend services for an API-first HR/ATS platform
-Design and implement RESTful APIs
-Build candidate/job workflow logic
-Implement authentication & authorization (RBAC, JWT, OAuth)
-Design scalable database schemas
-Ensure clean architecture and production-ready code
-Write documentation and maintain clean Git workflow
Tech Stack (Preferred)
• (NestJS or Express) OR .NET Core
•PostgreSQL
•Redis (caching / queues)
•Docker
•REST API design best practices
•CI/CD familiarity
(Experience with HR systems, ATS, or workflow engines is a strong plus.)
Ideal Candidate
•4+ years backend development experience
•Experience building SaaS products
•Strong understanding of scalable system design
•Comfortable working in a startup environment
•Clean coding standards & documentation discipline
