TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is the largest full service trailer lessor in North America. In 2024, I Squared Capital, owner of TIP Group and TEN, announced a strategic merger that combined their fleets into an industry leading network of approximately 80,000 trailers, 1,000 employees, 240 service bays, 118 mobile service trucks, 430 mechanics, and 45+ locations across the United States and Canada.

The Account Manager – Atlantic Region plays a pivotal role in growing and diversifying TEN Canada's customer base. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients while exploring new industries and markets to secure sustainable business opportunities.

Through persuasive sales outreach, in person client visits, strategic territory planning, and effective quoting, you will help expand TEN's presence across the Atlantic region. The goal is to exceed customer expectations, enhance brand visibility, and leverage TEN's comprehensive product and service portfolio to drive profitable revenue growth.

Specific Responsibilities Include:


• Lead growth across the Atlantic region by developing new lease opportunities, converting rental customers to long term agreements, and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Build and expand strong customer relationships through strategic territory planning, persuasive sales outreach, and effective consultative selling.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate complex multi year contracts, and ensure accurate CRM documentation while collaborating with internal teams to drive account success.
• Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing rental portfolios, optimizing account profitability, and strengthening customer retention and lifetime value.
• Represent TEN's culture and values by maintaining exceptional professionalism, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and contributing to a safe, collaborative, and high performance environment.

Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years' experience in an outside sales role
• Transportation industry experience is an asset
• Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
• Highly organized with strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Salesforce)
• Proven success in a competitive, high performance sales environment
• Experience with consultative sales approaches and best practice
• Comfortable selling to all levels of leadership
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to develop engaging content
• Successful track record in fast paced industries
• Strong motivation to maintain accurate records, track metrics, and follow processes
