Raymond James Independent Financial Services is seeking a part-time Receptionist to work in our Kingston Office. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada's leading independent investment dealers, offering high quality investment services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.  

Your duties will include a variety of client service and administrative support to the branch and its clients.  

Responsibilities


•    Operate a telephone system or switchboard to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required.
•    Update calendars and schedule meetings.
•    Organize catering for meetings, special events and luncheons.
•    Send, receive, and distribute all mail, courier packages, advisor mail outs and faxes.
•    Coordinate office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
•    Maintain tidiness of boardroom, reception, and kitchen.
•    Prepare, edit, format and print letters, memos, and other materials.
•    Assist staff members with projects as well as a variety of routine office duties as required.
•    Perform project-based work and a variety of routine office duties as required.
 

Qualifications:


•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    The ability to work within deadlines in a high-volume team-oriented environment.
•    Meticulous attention to detail.
•    Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Though not required, industry experience is desired.
