WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the bridge between clinical innovation and commercial success, managing the product lifecycle from concept to global launch. Your mission is to drive growth through:
Strategic Leadership : Leading the development and execution of marketing objectives and strategic plans for assigned product portfolios.
Portfolio Management : Managing product/platform enhancements and building the necessary sales tools and collateral to ensure flawless execution in the field.
Clinical Collaboration : Working closely with clinical teams to translate complex data into compelling "knowledge transfer" events and value-based marketing content.
Digital Growth : Analyzing digital platform trends to develop goals that increase qualified leads and overall sales.
Market Intelligence : Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to refine end-user experience strategies.
Content Creation : Developing high-impact presentations, white papers, and training materials to support sales and corporate campaigns.
Requirements WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
Undergraduate Degree : Required in Marketing, Health Sciences, or a combined Health Sciences & Business field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
Industry Tenure : 5+ years of relevant product management experience specifically within the wound care, vascular access, surgical, or medical technology sectors.
Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in product launches, portfolio strategy, and both upstream and downstream marketing activities.
Sector Expertise : Deep knowledge of infection prevention and MedTech commercialization.
Skills & Competencies
Tech Savvy : Fluency in Microsoft productivity technology, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with AI tools.
Strategic Execution : The rare ability to think at a high strategic level while being willing to "roll up your sleeves" for tactical execution.
Communication : Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate goals and roadblocks across all levels of the organization.
