About the Role: We are building a high-impact sales and marketing function from the ground up and are seeking ambitious recent graduates who want to make a measurable difference early in their careers. You will:
Optimize inside sales workflows and improve lead conversion rates
Build and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEM/PPC, SEO, paid and organic social media on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Leverage AI tools extensively to work smarter and faster (e.g., AI for ad copy, content creation, audience targeting, automation, analytics, A/B testing)
Experiment rapidly, measure results, and iterate to drive measurable revenue growth
Who We're Looking For:
Recent graduate (2024–2026) in Digital Marketing, Business/Commerce, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
Native proficiency with AI tools and a track record of using them to achieve results (show us examples)
Self-starter who learns quickly on your own time—prerequisite skills (e.g., Google Ads, SEO basics, CRM tools, design platforms) should be acquired independently before applying
Results-obsessed: you understand that impact > hours worked
Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset—excited by the chance to build something meaningful and grow rapidly with the company
Compensation & Structure
Base pay: $20–$25 per hour (part-time/flexible hours to start, reflecting the performance-driven nature of the role and entry-level experience)
Performance-based incentives: Uncapped commissions and bonuses directly tied to clear, achievable quotas and metrics (e.g., lead volume/generated, conversion rates, attributable revenue growth above baseline)
Expected total earnings: We fully expect strong performers to reach $100,000+ equivalent in the first year by meeting these targets—with exceptional results driving even higher compensation
This role is designed for rapid impact: The initial phase is flexible and trial-oriented, allowing you to prove results quickly on your schedule. Those who meet expectations will transition rapidly to full-time hours, higher base pay, and leadership opportunities
