We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to support client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and analytical side of social media — someone who can research, plan, organize, and execute content strategies that align with brand goals.
This is a part-time ongoing per project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Scheduling & Publishing
Schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
Research and implement strategic hashtags
Ensure posts are formatted properly and optimized for each platform
Maintain organized content calendars for assigned clients
Respond to inquiries through social media
2. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Conduct monthly industry research for each client
Identify trends, competitor strategies, and content gaps
Analyze platform updates and emerging trends
Present content recommendations based on research findings
3. Content Strategy & Shot List Development
Develop monthly content ideas aligned with marketing goals
Create detailed shot lists for content filming days
Organize ideas into structured content pillars
Ensure content is audience-focused and aligned with target market needs
4. Creator & Brand Ambassador Coordination
Assist with communication between clients and brand ambassadors
Support outreach and coordination with UGC creators
Help manage deliverables and timelines
Maintain organized documentation of partnerships and collaborations
Qualifications
1–3 years of social media management or content strategy experience
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written communication skills
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
Preferred Skills
Experience working with small businesses or agencies
Basic understanding of content marketing and branding
Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
Experience coordinating influencers or UGC creators
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
