We're developing OSNeo, a multi-tenant SaaS ERP platform for property management companies in Germany. We're in the final phase of Phase 1 (deadline: December 31, 2025) and need immediate QA support to ensure quality delivery.
Our backend has 66+ API endpoints across 4 core modules (Contact Management, Field Service Management, Mobile App, Maintenance Management), and we need someone who can understand, test, and validate API functionality thoroughly.

YOUR ROLE
Primary Focus: API Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test REST APIs using Postman/similar tools
- Validate API endpoint functionality against Figma designs and requirements
- Identify missing endpoints, incorrect responses, or integration issues
- Document bugs systematically in Jira with clear reproduction steps
- Work closely with backend developers to verify fixes
- Perform regression testing after updates
- Frontend testing

REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical (MUST HAVE):
- Strong API/REST API understanding - you can read API documentation and test endpoints independently
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing tools
- Ability to validate JSON responses, status codes, error handling
- Basic understanding of database relationships and data models
- Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira preferred)
- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture concepts
Communication:
- Excellent English (written and spoken) - primary working language
- Available for meetings during Pakistan afternoon hours (13:00-17:00 PKT) to overlap with German business hours
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Work Style:
- Independent, proactive problem-solver
- Can work with distributed international teams
- Detail-oriented documentation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Start: Immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
- Hours: Flexible, but must have 3-4 hour overlap in Pakistan afternoon (13:00-17:00 PKT) for team meetings
- Location: Pakistan-based candidates preferred (Lahore)
- Contract: Ongoing through Phase 1 (end of December), with strong possibility of Phase 2 extension (January-May 2026)
