Our business focuses on manufactured/mobile home sales and related services. We want a site that builds credibility, is easy to navigate, and clearly communicates our value to prospective buyers and partners.
Project Goals
* Clean, modern, and professional design
* Easy to read and navigate (desktop + mobile responsive)
* Built with strong on-page SEO foundations
* Fast loading and optimized for performance
* Simple backend that allows us to easily update content, listings, photos, and text as we grow
What We're Looking For
* Experience building websites in platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar user-friendly CMS
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices (site structure, meta tags, schema, page speed, etc.)
* Ability to design with conversion in mind (clear calls to action, lead forms, etc.)
* Experience working with real estate, construction, home sales, or related industries is a plus
* Clean, professional aesthetic — no cluttered or overly flashy designs

* Contact Page (with lead capture form)
We would also like guidance on:
* Recommended hosting setup
* Ongoing SEO strategy
* Best structure for scaling as inventory and services grow
Deliverables

* SEO-optimized page structure
* Basic training or walkthrough so we can make updates ourselves
* Documentation on how to manage/edit the site
Please include:
* Portfolio examples (especially in real estate or similar industries)

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right developer as our business continues to grow.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
