Über
Scope of Work:
Data Entry & Product Management
- Maintain and update product records in our internal Product Management System (PMS).
- Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the full solar energy product portfolio (panels, inverters, batteries, optimisers, mounting systems, cables, and accessories).
- Map and pair supplier product codes with internal SKUs; ensure data consistency across systems.
- Perform regular data audits to keep pricing, specs, and stock information accurate
E-Shop Management
- Create and maintain product listings on our online store (descriptions, images, specifications, pricing).
- Translate product content as needed for multi-language markets (set up via AI)
- Monitor listing quality and ensure a consistent, professional storefront.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions, banners, and seasonal updates
Supply Chain & Inside Sales Support
- Assist with inbound logistics coordination: track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and communicate with freight carriers.
- Request and compare transport quotes from logistics partners.
- Prepare customer quotations based on standard pricing and margin guidelines.
- Handle routine customer enquiries and provide order-status updates via email and standard communication channels.
- Support the inside-sales workflow: process orders, confirm availability, and follow up on open quotes.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to work.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product databases, and ERP/PMS tools.
- Willingness to learn the solar energy product landscape in depth.
- Good written communication in English (additional European languages are a strong plus).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the solar/renewable energy industry or wholesale distribution.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Experience with e-shop platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop).
Engagement Details
Type: Freelance / Contract (Part-Time)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (variable, flexible scheduling). Possible conversion to full-time.
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, with an initial trial period
