**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver exceptional client support to Markit clients within the United States.
- Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring elevated levels of client satisfaction.
- Attain proficiency in utilizing the sales platform and back-office tools to effectively administer orders and process warranty claims.
- Communicate efficiently with partners and clients to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations.
- Organize and prioritize tasks judiciously to meet deadlines and achieve operational objectives.
- Proactively engage with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure the timely completion of tasks and the attainment of goals.
- Provide proactive, hands-on support as required.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Nice to have but not mandatory: Being a native Spanish speaker. Capable of supporting an international customer base.
- Experience in client relations, preferably within an international or multicultural setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (or similar platforms) and other productivity tools for effective communication and task coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage work independently and proactively.
- A positive disposition and a sincere commitment to assisting clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- The ability and willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- An interest in information technology is considered advantageous.
- A preferred educational background of at least an associate degree.
- The willingness and capability to travel internationally as required.
- Candidates should be adaptable, capable of assuming multiple roles, and demonstrate critical thinking skills, moving beyond a purely transactional call center approach.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
