Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own and drive execution across our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex, cross-functional work moves smoothly from planning → build → release, while maintaining engineering quality and team momentum.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. You are not just managing tickets or running ceremonies, you are accountable for making delivery predictable, transparent, and scalable in a fast-moving technical environment.
What you'll do
Delivery Ownership
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering workstreams
Translate product and technical goals into clear execution plans and milestones
Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early — and actively resolve them
Ensure delivery commitments are realistic and met
Agile and Team enablement
Act as Scrum Master / delivery lead for one or more cross-functional teams
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives where valuable
Continuously improve team flow, velocity, and predictability
Balance agile best practices with pragmatic, outcome-driven execution
Technical & Release Management
Plan and coordinate SaaS releases, including continuous delivery and hotfixes
Work closely with engineering to ensure release readiness (testing, QA, deployment)
Coordinate release communication across product, engineering, and stakeholders
Improve release processes to reduce risk and operational overhead
Stakeholder Management
Provide clear, concise delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders
Manage expectations and trade-offs around scope, timing, and quality
Act as a calm, reliable point of coordination during critical delivery phases
Process and Tooling
Own and optimize delivery tooling (e.g. Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence)
Define lightweight processes that scale with the team
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Required
4+ years in a Technical Delivery, Project Management, or Scrum Master role in a SaaS or software product environment
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban in real-world teams
Experience coordinating software releases in a CI/CD-driven environment
Ability to work comfortably with engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
Background in engineering, QA, DevOps, or technical product roles
Experience with data-heavy platforms, AI systems, or complex integrations
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in startup or scale-up environments
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
