I will provide raw video footage, and your job is to turn it into engaging, scroll stopping, trend aware content that grabs attention within the first few seconds and keeps viewers watching.
This role is focused purely on short form vertical content.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks
Create strong hooks in the first 1–5 seconds
Add dynamic captions, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects
Incorporate trending audio and current editing styles where relevant
Optimise videos for retention and engagement
Repurpose longer clips into multiple short form pieces
Deliver consistent, high quality edits on schedule
Requirements:
Proven experience editing for Instagram and TikTok
Strong understanding of current trends, pacing, and platform culture
Ability to make content entertaining while staying on brand
Excellent storytelling and attention to detail
Bonus:
Experience with fitness or personal brand content
Ability to suggest creative improvements and viral hooks
