I have a controlled budget and want to scale responsibly. The goal is to test smart, optimize aggressively, and grow based on real performance data.
What I'm looking for:
• Proven experience running profitable e-commerce conversion campaigns
• Ability to manage small budgets efficiently and scale winners
• Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and creative testing
• An eye for content that performs + viral moments
• Ability to guide creative direction for ads
• Data-driven decision making (not guesswork)
• Pixel setup + tracking accuracy
• Weekly reporting with clear KPIs
• Focus on ROAS and cost per purchase
Important:
If your experience is mostly traffic or lead generation, this is not a fit. I'm only interested in managers who specialize in sales-driven campaigns.
