We need someone who can produce high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused scripts tailored to different niches.
This is not basic scripting.
We're looking for social media structured scripts that include:
• Clear hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
• Strong storytelling and persuasive flow
• Platform-specific formatting (Instagram, TikTok, ads, etc.)
• Detailed camera directions (angles, movements, shot suggestions)
• On-screen text suggestions where needed
• Clear pacing and scene breakdown
You should be comfortable writing for industries such as:
• Hospitality
• Fitness & wellness
• Automotive
• Local businesses
• E-commerce
• Service-based businesses
And be open to more
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience writing high-performing short-form scripts
• Understanding of retention strategies and short-form psychology
• Ability to match tone to brand voice
• Fast turnaround times
• Strong communication
Bonus if you:
• Understand social media trends
• Have written UGC-style scripts
• Can adapt scripts based on performance feedback
Project Details:
• Ongoing work available for the right person and room to scale
• Scripts typically 30–90 seconds
• Monthly retainer
