WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
Scriptwriter with proven experience in the field and a fast turnaround time of 1–2 days per script.

PAYMENT & SCOPE OF WORK:
Since I have unfortunately not had the best experiences in the past regarding script quality, skill level, and overall work standards and because many people exaggerate or misrepresent their résumés I only offer a tiered payment model structured as follows:
After reviewing a sample, there will first be a probation phase covering ten scripts. The topics for these scripts are already prepared. During this phase, I offer a fixed payment of $150 for 10 scripts, plus a performance-based bonus for videos that perform well.
If this probation phase is successfully completed, we will transition to a tiered payment structure per script, again combined with performance-based bonuses. The base rate will start at $30 per script and can scale up to $50, $70, $100, and ultimately $150 per script depending on your value.
Each script should be written for videos approximately 10–20 minutes in length.
NO GENERIC AI-GENERATED SCRIPTS.
You may use AI for brainstorming, creativity, minor fillers, or to supplement your work. However, if I determine that you relied heavily on AI to generate the script, I will not issue payment.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
