What I Expect From You
- Proven experience editing on-camera YouTube content
- Strong understanding of retention-based editing
- Ability to follow a style reference and execute consistently
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and improving fast
Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or equivalent
- Understanding of YouTube pacing and viewer psychology
- Fluent English (you must understand tone and intent)
