Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale our affiliate program on This role will focus on partner recruitment, relationship management, performance optimization, and building automations to streamline and grow the program.
This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who understands affiliate growth strategy and can take ownership of the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management
Manage day-to-day operations of our affiliate program
Recruit high-quality affiliates (content creators, influencers, publishers, media partners)
Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commissions/incentives
Identify top-performing partners and scale them
Automation & Optimization
Set up automated workflows within (onboarding sequences, performance triggers, commission rules, etc.)
Implement automated outreach sequences for affiliate recruitment
Create performance-based commission tiers and bonus structures
Optimize tracking, attribution, and reporting
Improve conversion rates and partner engagement
Reporting & Strategy
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
Analyze affiliate ROI and CAC
Recommend growth strategies to scale revenue
Ensure compliance and brand alignment
Requirements:
Proven experience managing affiliate programs on (required)
Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and commission structures
Experience building automation systems within affiliate platforms
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience in eCommerce or fashion brands is a plus
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest growth ideas
