The Opportunity

As an Employee Benefits Retirement Commissions Analyst , you will be responsible for a variety of commission-related administration tasks, including tracking commission, reviewing reports to find missing commission, and updating our CRM. You will work collaboratively with other teams ensuring commissions are posted timely and accurately in CRM.

This is a supporting role. Your goal is to work with other HUB team members, to ensure that exceptional service and accurate information is provided to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members.

What you will bring to the role –

Experience & Education :

  • Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of experience within an administrative, finance or accounting role preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of finance and accounting would be an asset.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Analyst required.
  • Completion of Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting considered an asset.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under strict deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Curious, problem-solver with a strong ability to follow clues and see complex situations through to resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
